New Mexico Mayflower is an active
organization with over 50 years of
history. The one hundred
sixty-seven members can trace
their direct descent from the
Mayflower Pilgrims of 1620.
The organization exists to foster a
knowledge and love of history, to
encourage genealogical research,
to provide social and educational
opportunities for members, and to
do outreach by providing
scholarships to promising students.
New Mexico has a long and colorful history. Here the Native
American, Hispanic, Anglo, and other populations met and are
learning to live together to form the diverse and vibrant culture
we enjoy today.
